3 Week hump
So i'm over the three week hump now.. yay... now its on to the three month hump.. I got my patches from the quit study program so that covers me for 5 weeks. I'll buy one week of the third step when i'm due for that.. i have my moments but i work through them.. I have to start working on washing walls.. ugh.. but i'll do it :)

Thanks Cam.. you're support means alot to me :) I really appreciate it. I can't believe how much better I feel and my excema has cleared right up.. Derry and I spoke about that.. perhaps I've developed and allergy to the cigarettes so thats a great incentive not to smoke :) And I haven't had to use my puffer in three weeks :)
