3 Days and Counting

So its been 3 days and Counting since I quit smoking and yes I'm using the patch.. lets hope this time its for good! ;)

Hey Cam, THanks very much.. I'm working on day 5 now.. with the help of the patch.. so far so good. well except for the funky dreams ;) Oh and i've been accepted with the stop study program with the Ministry of Health.. they'll provide me with the patch for free- 5 weeks worth.. I can send you a message with the toll free number if you're interested.. you have to leave your name and number and then they call you back. There's about a 12 minute questionnaire to go through with an agent and then once you get onto the program its paid for :) Thats good motivation for me! *grin*
